Stanleys Kopje Camp

Stanley’s Kopje Camp has 12 tents in total, each pitched on a high wooden platform with a thatched roof.

Room highlights:

• Meru-style tents raised on stilted decks
• En-suite bathroom with solar-heated water
• Comfortable beds and shaded veranda
• Tents spaced well apart for privacy
• Verandas with chairs and a table for morning coffee

Every tent sits around the lower perimeter of the kopje, giving guests a unique angle on the surrounding plains. The camp closes for a short spell during the April rains since it sits on a floodplain, then reopens in June once the ground dries out for the dry season
