Uganda, unique destination endowed with lush landscapes and uncommon wildlife.

Uganda is Africa condensed; the continent’s best to offer is packed into this incredible region. Home to one of Africa’s highest mountain ranges in Africa, the ‘Mountains of the Moon’ in the Ruwenzori National Park, Uganda is also the source of the mighty Nile.

It is relatively small compared to other African countries, and a good infrastructure and road network make travel to and within the country simple. Visitors can reach the major attractions comfortably within a day, making even the shortest stay a multifaceted experience.

Uganda boasts 6.8% of the world’s butterfly species, 10.25% of its bird species, 7.8% of its mammals, and 53.9% of its mountain gorilla population. Uganda has the highest concentration of primates on earth, with at least 11 species, including chimpanzees and the rare, endangered mountain gorilla. Head to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (BINP) and Kibale Forest National Park to get close to these ‘great apes.’
