Duties & Responsibilities
- You handle new customer requests, make a follow-up and create safari plan for them.
- Communicate effectively with international clients in their preferred language.
- Handle bookings, payments, and follow-ups with clients and partners.
- Provide expert advise on destinations, accommodations and activities.
- Design and customize safari itineraries based on client preferences.

Desired Skills
Good command of English
Fluency in English and at least one or more of the following languages; French, German, Dutch, Spanish or Italian.
Proven experience in travel consulting, preferably in the safari industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using travel booking systems and office software.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
