Kisima Ngeda Tented Camp

Eight tented chalets make up the camp, and every one looks out over Lake Eyasi. Builders raised them on wooden platforms and topped each with a palm-thatch roof, so they blend into the doum palm and fever tree forest around them.

Each chalet gives you:

• A hand-carved bed and wooden floors
• An en-suite bathroom with a hot walk-in shower
• A furnished private veranda facing the lake

Family rooms are available too, which helps if you travel with children. Since the camp keeps numbers low, you get quiet mornings and plenty of space, even when the camp fills up.
