Airports and transfers
The itinerary begins at Kilimanjaro International Airport, followed by a transfer to Arusha. The scheduled domestic flight leaves from Arusha Airport on Day 4. These are different airports, so confirm the airport name on each booking.
Your trip ends with a transfer to Zanzibar Airport on Day 7. Share your international flight details with our team so the arrival and departure transfers can be arranged around them.
Domestic flight baggage
Ask for the baggage allowance and bag-type requirements for your booked airline before packing. Allowances and flight times depend on the confirmed service; do not assume they match your international flight.
Choosing your accommodation
This page presents three package categories: Mid-Luxury, Luxury and High-End. Compare the specific properties rather than treating the category labels as a universal star-rating system. Your quotation lists the selected hotels and room types.
Meals and drinks
Full-board meals—breakfast, lunch and dinner—are included at all stays in Arusha, the Karatu area, Stone Town and at your Zanzibar beach hotel. Drinking water is included in the safari vehicle and at accommodations.
This is not an All Inclusive package. Alcohol and beverages other than drinking water at accommodations are excluded.

Insurance for mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar
This itinerary visits both mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar. Before travel, check the current requirements and exemptions for your nationality and residency with the official NIC mainland inbound insurance service and the official Zanzibar inbound insurance portal. Confirm which cover and certificates apply to this combined journey.
